The Palm Crows (Corvus palmarum) are small, black birds that occur on large Caribbean island of Hispaniola, where they are mostly found in mountain pine forests and also around the area of the lake Enriquillo.
This bird is locally known as cao, references the simple and repetitive call of this bird.
