Red-headed Barbets

The Red-headed Barbets (Eubucco bourcierii) are found in humid highland forest in Costa Rica and Panama (Central America), as well as the Andes in western Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and far northern Peru (South America). Their diet is believed to consist of bananas and various other fruits.
