The Streak-breasted Scimitar-babbler (Pomatorhinus ruficollis) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family. It is found in Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
