The Tinkerbird is the Pogoniulus genus of the African barbet family of near passerines, formerly known as Tinker Barbet. They are widely distributed in tropical Africa.

- White-chested Tinkerbirds (Pogoniulus makawai): Endemic to Zambia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
- Yellow-fronted Tinkerbirds, Pogoniulus chrysoconus
