Guarantee and Return Policy
Avianweb is proud to offer such an exciting and quality product lines. All efforts are made to ensure continued customer satisfaction and work with the customer to resolve any problem areas.
Please note: Opened Bird Gyms, Climbing Nets, Carriers, Cages, Bird Harnesses, Opened Food Items, and ANYTHING that has come into contact with birds are not refundable or returnable due to infection control measures. Your understanding is appreciated.
Bird Foods / Herbs :
- We take pride in providing the freshest, cleanest bird food possible. If, upon receipt of the item, the quality of the bird food is for some reason diminished, we will be glad to exchange it. Please e-mail the Avianweb Administrator for information and return instructions.
- Bird foods are only eligible for a refund or an exchange for good cause and within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Aviator Harness and Capes:
- Items are only eligible for a refund (please refer to the below) or an exchange within 30 days of the purchase.
- Defects: The aviator harnesses and capes are guaranteed against any defects. If you receive an item that is defective, we will gladly replace it. Please e-mail the Avianweb Administrator for instructions.
- "Fit Guarantee": If you order an aviator harness and it doesn't fit, the manufacturer will replace the item for the correct size free of charge. Instructions for mailing the aviator harness will be provided to you upon request. The right size will be shipped out to you in an expedient manner.
- Please note: Due to strict infection control policies, these products are not eligible for return if used. They can be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the item if they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
Incubators / Brooders:
Warranty:
The incubators and brooders are guaranteed for 2 years (all other incubators and brooders directly distributed over Avianweb) against defect and will be repaired or replaced should a fault arise within the guarantee period.
Avianweb, or the manufacturer of this product, will not be responsible for loss of eggs, birds or other livestock in the event of failure, however caused and the user is advised to arrange its own insurance cover where loss of power, mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses.
In order that we continue our policy of innovation and improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.
To qualify for this extended guarantee you must:
- Complete and return the card included with the product within 28 days of purchase.
- Be the original purchaser of the product.
- Notify us of defect before the period expires.
- Have used the incubator or brooder for its proper purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.

Wingdow Seat / Bird Carriers (distributed by Avianweb - Amazon purchases are subject to warranties and return policies of the respective sellers):
Wingdow Seat: The manufacturer of the Wingdow seat agrees to replace or repair defective parts for a period of sixty days following purchase. Proof of purchase is required. The manufacturer makes no other warranty of merchantability of the goods or of the fitness of the product, express or implied for any purpose and The manufacturer expressly disclaims any such warranties and the consumer waives any right to incidental and or consequential damages.
Crystal Bird Carrier: We will accept most items returned within 14 days and issue a full refund of the product cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee. The shipping charges will only be refunded if we made an error on your order or due to a faulty product. Please note that a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on any item that is returned that is not damaged, defective, broken, etc. Also, please note that any item(s) returned that are non-defective, broken, etc. that are returned when they were purchased with free shipping will have the original shipping (that would have been charged) deducted from the refunded amount. We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product and we will pay the shipping back to you in this case if you want an item in exchange. If you are missing an item or received the incorrect item, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your order.
- Authorization must be obtained from AvianWeb - sf@avianweb.com before any merchandise is returned for credit, exchange or repair. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.
- If you are not satisfied with an item you receive, you may return it at your cost within 30 days.
- All merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be UNUSED, in the original packaging with original instructions and guarantee card.
- Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return.
- Returns for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping will not be refunded.
